Job summary

LaGuardia Community College, a member of the City University of New York, seeks an Enrollment Manager to lead data-informed enrollment service strategies across the Registration Lab, FAFSA Lab, and OneStop operations. You will oversee front-line staff, coordinate outreach initiatives, and maintain engagement data to connect students with enrollment resources, while staying current with Slate CRM and EAB Navigate.

A Bachelor’s degree with six years’ related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six years' related experience required.
• Advanced degree in Higher Education Administration, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in outreach, registration, or retention programming is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of registration and enrollment systems and HIP practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages service delivery strategies across the Registration Lab, FAFSA Lab, and OneStop service and phone operations.
• Coordinates communication initiatives and interventions to increase FAFSA filing and financial aid completion.
• Develops and maintains engagement data and outreach tracking to connect students with enrollment resources.
• Manages NEST service operations in accordance with university policies and procedures.
• Supervises staff providing front-line enrollment services across multiple points of contact.
• Serves as a point of contact for campus stakeholders and supports cross-functional initiatives.
• Contributes to innovative service delivery models with measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Maintains expertise with Slate CRM and EAB Navigate and stays current on enrollment technologies.
