Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all input.
• Knowledge of conducting audits and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and proof reading completed applications for enrollment process, ensuring accuracy for data entry.
• Scanning completed and approved applications into the CIS e-Folder database on a timely basis.
• Follow up with applicants for missing data and with staff to ensure timely admission.
• Track folder progress through admission process.
• Provide follow up with students upon arrival.
• Consolidate weekly reports into a database.
