Job summary

Serrato Corporation seeks a Senior Center Operations Manager to lead planning, organization and control of Job Corps Center activities in Flint, MI. You will drive contract performance, safety, and workforce linkages, while coordinating with center leadership and external partners.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, at least five years in Job Corps or program management, and strong MS Office skills. This role requires travel and a commitment to program integrity and student success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong leadership, management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to achieve satisfactory levels of center operation performance.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, administers and controls programs and activities for center operations.
• Establishes a center safety committee and promotes safety and loss prevention.
• Develops strategies to achieve contracted capacity through collaboration with OA contractors.
• Ensures performance is tracked and corrective actions are taken to meet goals.
• Builds relationships with community leaders and local employers to support career readiness.
• Leads weekly management meetings and supervises directors, managers and staff.
• Ensures training and testing align with PRH and student needs.
