Job summary

Serrato Corporation seeks a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure enrollment data accuracy and compliance with directives. You will proofread applications, image and store records, and coordinate follow-ups with applicants and staff.

You will track progress, support outreach events, and prepare reports. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in education or related field, 1–2 years experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in all input.
• High level of communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of conducting audits and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and proofreading of enrollment applications for accuracy.
• Scan completed applications into CIS e-Folder database timely.
• Follow up with applicants for missing data and with staff to ensure timely reviews.
• Track folder progress through the admission process.
• Provide follow up with students upon arrival.
• Consolidate weekly reports into a single database.
• Assist with scheduling outreach events and tours.
• Perform data entry, proofreading, and spreadsheet management.
