Job summary

Stevenson University Online (SUO) is seeking an Enrollment Counselor, Partnerships to recruit and enroll qualified students for online degree and certificate programs. You will manage a partner portfolio, lead virtual and on-site events, and collaborate with marketing and admissions to meet enrollment targets.

The role requires a sales mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends with regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Sales mindset and ability to generate leads and enroll students.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team oriented.
• Familiarity with FERPA and maintaining confidential information.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends and travel locally/regionally.

Responsibilities

• Inform prospective students affiliated with SUO partners about programs and guide them through the application process.
• Develop relationships with partners to increase awareness and enrollments in SUO programs.
• Identify opportunities to promote SUO programs to partner-affiliated students.
• Plan and lead virtual and onsite recruitment events for partner organizations.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to promote events and materials.
• Recruit, admit, and enroll prospective students to meet performance metrics.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout recruitment and enrollment processes.
• Maintain data, generate reports, and monitor enrollment trends.
