Job summary

Stevenson University seeks an Enrollment Counselor (Partnerships) to recruit and enroll students in SUO programs. You will lead outreach to SUO partners, plan events, and manage leads in the CRM to achieve enrollment targets.

You will represent SUO at partner events, coordinate virtual and on-site recruitment activities, and provide excellent customer service throughout admissions. A Bachelor's degree is required, with travel and evenings/weekends expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong sales mindset and ability to generate leads and enroll students.
• Ability to travel regionally and work evenings/weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Slate).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, admit, and enroll prospective students in SUO programs.
• Represent SUO at partner events and recruit events.
• Develop relationships with partners to raise awareness and enrollment.
• Plan and execute virtual and onsite recruitment events for partner organizations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create materials for partner events.
• Maintain confidential student records in accordance with FERPA.
• Monitor enrollment metrics and report findings to Assistant Director.
