Job summary

Stevenson University is seeking an Enrollment Counselor, Partnerships to recruit and enroll students in SUO programs. You will manage a portfolio of online degrees, attend recruitment events, and work closely with partners to generate leads and meet enrollment goals.

The role requires strong sales mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends, with up to 50% off-site travel for partner events. Bachelor’s degree is required and Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree and higher education admissions experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sales mindset for recruiting and enrollment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and travel regionally/local for partner events.
• Knowledge of FERPA and handling confidential information in a university setting.

Responsibilities

• Inform prospective students affiliated with SUO partners about program options and guide eligible students on how to apply.
• Develop relationships with partner organizations to increase awareness and enrollments in SUO programs.
• Identify opportunities to promote SUO programs to prospective partner-affiliated students.
• Plan and lead virtual and onsite recruitment events for partner organizations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create materials and promote partner events.
• Recruit, admit, and enroll prospective students to meet performance metrics.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout recruitment, admission, and enrollment processes.
• Generate leads by representing SUO at events on-campus, off-campus, or virtually.
• Maintain a CRM with active leads and track admissions activity.
