Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking an Outreach & Engagement Manager to lead a remote team of outreach specialists across the United States, coaching and supervising to drive enrollment and activation KPIs during evening hours. You will monitor performance, implement strategies, and ensure compliant outreach in a fast-growing health startup.

The role requires healthcare management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with data analytics and CRM tools; remote work is fully supported within the US,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, public health, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare management with outbound calling and proactive outreach.
• Knowledge of Medicaid policies and value-based care.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using metrics.
• Ability to work some evenings, CST hours.
• Spanish language skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach outreach specialists to achieve enrollment KPIs.
• Onboard and train new specialists.
• Analyze outreach performance metrics for trends and improvements in KPIs.
• Monitor call quality and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain privacy-compliant documentation of interactions.
• Identify opportunities and implement process improvements for calling efficiency.
• Execute regular performance evaluations of outreach calls and documentation.
• Create team schedules for adequate coverage.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations.
