Pomelo Care, a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, is hiring an Outbound Sales Specialist. You will enroll patients by making outbound calls, educate them on available Pomelo resources, and help families access care over the phone.

Qualifications

• Outbound calls to enroll patients into Pomelo Care services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Strong communication and empathy when educating patients.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients into Pomelo Care services.
• Educate patients on Pomelo Care clinical and social resources.
• Meet enrollment goals and KPIs.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and provide guidance.
• Document interactions and maintain records of outreach.
• Collaborate with providers, community organizations, and stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up care as needed.
• Manage inbound calls from potential patients.
• Participate in training on healthcare trends and regulations.
