Job summary

Pomelo Care seeks a Growth leader to own and accelerate the health plan partnership pipeline. You will drive deal strategy, develop pricing models, and coordinate with Partnerships and Marketing to align on opportunities for patients nationwide.

With 4+ years in client-facing or analytical roles and at least 3 years in healthcare with health plans, you’ll craft compelling market narratives for senior stakeholders while working fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing or analytical role; management consulting preferred.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience working with health plans.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive deal strategy with data-driven insights on pipeline effectiveness.
• Source, track, and nurture a robust health plan pipeline.
• Develop presentation materials for strategic partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing to align on opportunities and messaging.
• Lead pricing model development and support contracting processes.
