Job summary

Great Hearts Academies seeks an Enrollment Outreach Coordinator to supervise marketing and enrollment activities across our Louisiana academy network. You will partner with the academy office to analyze data, plan events, and manage enrollment communications, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up with families.

The role requires prior administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and school systems, and the ability to travel for local training and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous administrative experience required; familiarity with school admin is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; ability to manage data and reports.
• Travel may be required for training and events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the home office marketing team; analyze data, plan events, and align enrollment efforts.
• Manage CRM data and daily follow-up; ensure accurate records and timely data entry.
• Plan enrollment communications to welcome families with a high-touch approach.
• Attend events during days, nights, and weekends to engage families and build partnerships.
• Assist in creating enrollment marketing materials for the academy.
• Track tours, parent engagements and school events; report enrollment metrics to leadership.
• Maintain student enrollment data in the SchoolAxis system; ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate visits and shadow days for prospective students; oversee registration packets.
