Job summary

Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha, NE seeks an Enrollment Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day admissions workflows, data integrity, and front-office operations. Under supervision, you will lead back-office processes, manage reporting, and support campus events.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Enrollment Services operations: online applications, admissions decisions, deferrals, cancellations, and reactivations.
• Serve as lead technical Admissions & Records resource, coordinating back-office operations and database processes.
• Maintain efficient workflow and accurate data processing across systems.
• Handle data entry and student record maintenance in Jenzabar and Salesforce.
• Provide front-office support and coordinate campus events for Enrollment Services.
