Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide high-level support to the President and Vice President. This full-time role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple projects and events.
You will coordinate policies, contracts, and communications, prepare documents, schedule meetings, and act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to help advance institutional goals.

Provides advanced administrative support to President; generally supports Vice President in executive functions and projects. Requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks effectively. Serves as a key liaison between the President/Vice President and various internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the efficient functioning of the office and the achievement of institutional goals.
Facilitates the development of system projects related to College administrative functions. Duties include project planning, cost oversight, communication and analysis of success.
Reviews, updates and initiates administrative policies for NMC projects.
Participates in leadership meetings related to assigned projects.
Provides support for administrative functions.
Assists with contract administration.
