Responsibilities

• Ensure data and score loads from external sources are imported promptly to start communications with potential students.
• Handle data manipulation and merging from imports to ease applicant processing.
• Maintain a fundamental understanding of all enrollment operations and programs.
• Mentor, develop, train, and support Application Specialists and improve processes.
• Support volunteer data points for Enrollment Management.
• Assist Application Specialists during peak times.
