Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience working with admissions and CRM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data and score loads from external sources are imported timely to start communications with potential students.
• Handle data manipulation/merging from imports for applicant ease and speed.
• Maintain understanding of all application/admission programs and operations in Enrollment Operations.
• Mentor/develop/train Application Specialists and drive process improvements.
• Support Volunteer Data points for Enrollment Management.
• Assist Application Specialists during peak periods.
