Job summary

Utah Valley University is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator I to support high school concurrent enrollment initiatives. You’ll blend technology, data management, and relationship-building to ensure enrollment operations run smoothly across multiple systems.

Responsibilities include admissions, scheduling, and coordinating with high schools and UVU departments to resolve issues, maintain data accuracy, and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience.
• OR an associate's degree and 3 years of related experience.
• OR two years of college coursework (approximately 60 credit hours) and 3 years of related experience.
• OR one year of college coursework (approximately 30 credit hours) and 4 years of related experience.
• OR a high school diploma or GED and 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions, registration, and records processes for a caseload of high school concurrent enrollment students; validate data and issues in the enrollment system.
• Collaborate on academic scheduling, ensure course offerings are aligned with high school sites, and update CourseLeaf/CLSS and related platforms.
• Work with high school coordinators and families to resolve enrollment issues, provide onboarding, and support events and CE initiatives.
