Job summary

UVU’s Lehi campus is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator I to support high-impact enrollment initiatives and connect high school students with higher education opportunities. The role blends technology, data management, process improvement, and relationship-building to ensure enrollment operations run efficiently and effectively.

This hands-on position balances analytical work with collaboration and customer service, offering opportunities to develop expertise in higher education enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of professional experience in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling five years.
• Knowledge of FERPA regulations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions, registration, and records for high school concurrent enrollment students and document changes.
• Coordinate with UVU departments to ensure admissions, registration, and other CE functions run smoothly.
• Validate data accuracy and policy compliance in enrollment systems; assist with state reporting data.
• Support high school partnerships, scheduling, events, and coordination across platforms.
