Job summary

University of Texas at Austin is seeking an Enrollment Counselor - Lead Nurture & Application Administration to oversee CDSO's application process and guide prospective students from inquiry to graduation. You will collaborate with the Assistant Director for Admissions and use data-driven lead-nurture strategies to maximize qualified applications across at-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience in higher-education recruitment, admissions, advising, sales, or comparable relationship-management role.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and basic data analysis; commitment to student-centered service.
• Demonstrated success administering application processes and attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guidance to prospects via email and webinars, guiding them toward application completion.
• Manage admissions workflow for 10,000+ applications per year across Salesforce, Smartsheet, and UT systems; move applicants between stages and coordinate communications.
• Identify opportunities to optimize admissions procedures and develop efficient administrative processes.
• Support marketing with prospect insights and edit outbound materials for accuracy and resonance.
• Drive application conversion by nudging applicants and coaching through missing documents.
