Job summary

You will manage a detailed admissions workflow for 10,000+ applications annually, using Salesforce and UT systems, coordinating review and decision communications while collaborating with admissions and registrar teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience in higher-education recruitment, admissions, advising, sales, or related role.
• Experience administering application processes with strong attention to detail; proficient CRM and marketing automation usage; solid data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guidance to prospects via email and webinars on program fit and next steps.
• Execute a detailed admissions workflow for 10,000+ applications annually using Salesforce, Smartsheet, and UT systems.
• Identify opportunities to optimize admissions procedures and communicate with faculty and staff for smooth hand-offs.
• Represent CDSO at orientations, Q&A sessions, conferences, and partner events.
• Analyze funnel data to recommend improvements and support student-success initiatives.
