Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience in higher-education recruitment, admissions, advising, sales, or comparable relationship-management role.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and basic data analysis.
• Commitment to student-centered service.

Aufgaben

• Provide personalized guidance to prospects via email and webinars, clarifying program fit and next steps to drive application completion.
• Manage admissions workflow for 10,000+ applications per year across Salesforce, Smartsheet, and UT systems, including stage moves and communications.
• Identify opportunities to optimize admissions processes and streamline procedures.
• Serve as the voice of the prospect for the marketing team, flag questions and advise on content.
• Drive application conversion with targeted email nudges and coaching through barriers to document completion.
• Maintain knowledge of CDSO curricula, policies, tuition, and financing; coordinate hand-offs with admissions, registrar, and student-success teams.
• Represent CDSO at orientations, live Q&A, conferences, and partner events to promote access and affordability.
• Analyze funnel and student-success data to propose access-oriented improvements.
