Job summary

Responsive Education Solutions seeks an Enrollment Coordinator to streamline the student enrollment pipeline across campuses and Enrollment Services. You will enable schools with tools and knowledge to handle applications and registrations, coordinating with the Customer Care Team.

The role emphasizes systems thinking, stakeholder management, and a collaborative admissions process, ensuring timely deadlines and accurate enrollment data across the district.

Qualifications

• Proactively manage critical deadlines and keep teams aligned.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven and highly organized.
• Excellent coaching and communication across multiple levels.
• Identify metrics and trends to flag schools needing attention.
• Communicate effectively with campus staff and leadership.
• Familiar with enrollment records systems, dashboards and data interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Track weekly enrollment metrics and conversion rates to guide outreach and coordination.
• Engage with school leaders and registrar staff to identify areas for support.
• Serve as SME for SOPs related to the enrollment workflow.
• Assist with navigation of the enrollment system and eligibility criteria.
• Support seasonal campaigns for new activations and transfers.
• Act as liaison to discuss system/SOP updates and coaching opportunities for families and admins.
• Join meetings with enrollment vendors and data services to improve tracked metrics.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
