Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel for outreach; evenings and weekends may be required to meet enrollment targets. Bachelor’s preferred or Associate’s degree with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with 2–3 years related experience.
• 2–3 years of professional experience within higher education or sales preferred.
• Excellent oral, written communication and public speaking skills.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license within 15 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for program and territory assignments to ensure enrollment targets.
• Represent Hocking College on and off campus to prospective students and partners.
• Cultivate partnerships with local school districts, organizations and businesses.
• Network and build relationships to generate referrals.
• Provide excellent customer service through outreach, communications and follow-up.
• Support enrollment team and other departments with training and facilitation.
• Assist students with enrollment steps including admission, financial aid, housing and registration.
• Plan and implement on-campus events and visits for groups and individuals.
• Prioritize leads and drive outbound communication to prospective students.
