Job summary

Mount Carmel College of Nursing, part of Trinity Health, seeks an Enrollment Advisor to advance recruitment and admissions efforts across Ohio. The role collaborates with the Dean of Students Services and Enrollment Management to execute the college’s recruitment plan and engage external and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and experience in college recruitment, admissions or counseling, with strong communication and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in college recruitment, admissions, marketing, PR or counseling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with some database management.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license with good driving record.
• Willing and able to travel throughout Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates friendliness and courtesy; provides first-class service.
• Interacts with high schools, college fairs, and campus visits.
• Represents Mount Carmel College of Nursing to prospective students.
• Interviews candidates for admission.
• Monitors applications and determines next steps.
• Builds relationships with counselors and prospective students.
• Answers calls and emails from applicants and parents.
• Updates prospective student status and admission requirements.
• Uses Admissions Modules to generate reports and analyses.
• Assists in policy development.
