Nurtur Holdings LLC's Nurtur Aveda seeks an Enrollment Marketing Specialist to guide prospective students through the admissions process and ensure a smooth enrollment experience. The role blends admissions counseling with marketing support in Columbus, Ohio.

You will counsel individually, manage CRM records, collaborate with admissions and financial aid teams, and help meet annual enrollment goals while staying current on policies and programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in general business or sales role is a plus.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students one-on-one and explain the admissions process.
• Be an expert on program information and the student enrollment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and team members.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate appointment bookings.
• Collaborate with Admissions Support and Financial Aid teams to hit enrollment goals.
• Participate in regular team meetings and stay current on policies and programs.
