Job summary

Nurtur Holdings LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a High School Recruiter to develop and implement an impactful recruitment and community outreach strategy. You will build partnerships with local schools and organizations to boost enrollment and visibility for the Institute.

You will counsel prospective students on admissions, collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid to meet enrollment goals, and coordinate community events to promote programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, high school counseling, admissions, or community relations preferred.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in manner, dress, and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Nurtur Core Values and Aveda Success Factors.
• Manage and execute recruitment strategies to increase high school awareness.
• Develop relationships with high school counselors, community college coordinators, and students.
• Develop market-specific recruitment strategies to support enrollment goals.
• Establish relationships with salons, spas, wellness businesses, employers, veterans’ organizations, and community partners.
• Identify new partnerships to increase brand awareness and recruitment.
• Serve as the local ambassador for the Institute within the community.
• Develop referral partnerships for sustainable enrollment pipelines.
• Counsel prospective students on admissions processes and programs.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid to meet enrollment goals.
• Organize community outreach programs and coordinate events that promote products, services, and the Institute’s mission.
• Plan and attend on-campus recruitment events and ensure a strong campus presence.
• Assist with social media content creation and brand promotion.
• Create market-specific content and community engagement opportunities.
