Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking an Outreach and Admissions (OA) Supervisor at the Atterbury Job Corps Center in Edinburgh, IN. This full-time role leads the OA Department, drives enrollment through partnerships, and oversees student recruitment from first contact to campus arrival.

The position emphasizes staff leadership, program integrity, data confidentiality, and collaboration with Center leadership to ensure students enroll and succeed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required for consideration.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred for advancement.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in OA, admissions, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead the OA Department: hire, coach, evaluate, and discipline staff in partnership with the OA/CTS Director.
• Develop staff: train new hires, build career paths, recognize performance, address issues early.
• Build pipelines: develop community partnerships to drive enrollment and opportunities.
• Represent the Center: serve as the face of Job Corps with officials and partners.
• Oversee OA Phase: manage recruitment through arrival to ensure enrollment and success.
• Protect data: maintain confidentiality and integrity of student information.
• Drive performance: align department goals with DOL and company targets.
• Model standards: uphold Career Success Standards and accountability.
• Occasionally cover other departments at the Center Director’s or Shift Manager’s direction.
