Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated admissions and recruitment coordinator to manage Job Corps student intake, confidentiality, and center liaison activities.

You will build community partnerships and conduct tours, pre-arrival visits, and parent meetings to ensure a smooth enrollment process and early retention. The role requires an associate degree with related experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required with two years related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Job Corps enrollment or youth programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and arrival of Job Corps students.
• Identify and develop beneficial partnerships to support students.
• Screen applicants for eligibility and suitability for enrollment.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of student data.
• Serve as liaison to Center staff and community agencies.
• Conduct center tours, pre-arrival visits, and parent meetings.
• Provide supervision and mentoring for student population.
• Plan and organize assignments to meet goals and deadlines.
