Bring the right students through the door
Every student who walks onto Atterbury's campus started with someone who found them, believed in them, and got them here. That's your team. As OA Supervisor, you'll lead the department that recruits students, builds the community partnerships that fuel enrollment, and manages each student's case from first contact through their arrival - setting them up to actually succeed once they're here, not just show up.
