Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications or closely related field is required.
• Two years related experience in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with Job Corps or youth development programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follows integrity guidelines and ensures no manipulation of student data.
• Ensures the Center meets or exceeds DOL/Company performance goals.
• Conducts comprehensive screening to determine applicant eligibility and suitability.
• Secures and evaluates applicants' behavioral, medical and educational records.
• Conducts thorough assessment activities and career counseling during admissions.
• Acts as a liaison between the Center and community agencies to inform prospective applicants about the program.
• Develops and maintains referral linkages in the community.
• Produces quality work in a thorough, timely, and accurate manner.
• Mentors and models Career Success Standards as required.
• Provides supervision and manages the student population with accountability and respect.
