Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced OA Department Manager to lead recruitment and arrival coordination for Job Corps students. You will oversee case management oversight during the OA Phase and ensure program integrity, confidentiality, and timely processing of student data.

You will collaborate across Center departments to meet performance goals and provide training and staff development, while maintaining compliance with federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree Required. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience in OA/Center operations is a plus.
• Compliance with federal regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the OA Department and staff and ensure program integrity.
• Lead recruitment and arrival coordination of Job Corps students.
• Monitor and guide students’ case management during the OA Phase.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate student data handling.
• Collaborate with Center leaders to meet performance goals.
