Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking an Assistant Director of Enrollment Management for the Flex MBA and Flex MSF programs.

This part-time role engages working professionals, builds relationships from inquiry to enrollment, and coordinates outreach and events across employer connections and alumni networks. Reporting to the Director of Flex Graduate Enrollment Management, you will manage candidate records in Salesforce, conduct interviews, and help meet enrollment objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in enrollment management or related field.
• No specific certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate relationships from inquiry through enrollment, maintaining proactive communication and up-to-date records.
• Proactively source new prospects through outreach, employer connections, alumni, and events.
• Represent the Flex MBA and Flex MSF at program previews, information sessions, and networking events; coordinate follow-up actions.
• Support Flex admissions and scholarship processes; guide applicants and coordinate handoffs through enrollment.
