Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment territory by engaging with students, parents and guidance counselors at high school visits and college fairs.
• Develop relationships with high school counselors and community organizations to support enrollment goals.
• Review and evaluate applications and participate in committee decisions aligned with institutional goals.
• Conduct initial and final admissions reviews to decide admissions outcomes for territory.
• Lead information sessions for prospective students and families, offering recommendations.
• Provide responsive customer service via calls and emails from applicants and counselors.
• Plan and manage recruitment events and budget with guidance from senior staff.
• Exercise autonomy to adjust plans using university resources when necessary.
• Interview prospective students visiting campus and answer questions about admissions and WashU.
• Coordinate with faculty and deans to support recruitment and enrollment efforts.
