Job summary

Northbridge University is seeking an Admissions Assistant Director at the DeLand Campus to drive new student and re-entry enrollment, coach the admissions team, and translate data into actionable strategies. The role partners with campus leadership to ensure compliance and consistent execution of admissions processes.

You will observe call/interview quality, manage performance metrics, and provide ongoing coaching and training while supporting rollout of new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 2+ years in post-secondary admissions operations, enrollment management, CRM/SIS platforms, and performance reporting.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding enrollment goals.
• 1 year of experience coaching, quality oversight, systems support, or reporting for admissions.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations and BI tools data/dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Solid understanding of admissions systems, workflows, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned enrollment goals aligned to campus benchmarks.
• Maintain performance across key admissions KPIs (call volume, appointment volume, show rate, interview-to-enrollment).
• Conduct admissions interviews, follow-up, and enrollment activities per standards.
• Perform call and interview quality observations per standards.
• Deliver ongoing coaching based on observations and performance data.
• Identify performance gaps and support improvement plans through coaching.
• Participate in performance conversations with campus leadership.
• Provide systems guidance to ensure compliant use of admissions tools.
• Translate data insights into actionable coaching strategies.
• Identify risks impacting enrollment performance and address them.
• Lead or co-facilitate admissions training and onboarding.
• Support rollout of new initiatives, scripts, and system updates.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for admissions practices.
