The Admissions Assistant Director (AAD) is responsible for meeting individual enrollment goals and supporting campus enrollment performance. The role works in close partnership with the Associate Director of Admissions and Director of Admissions to drive new student and re-entry enrollment by improving execution, quality, compliance, and consistency across admissions operations. This individual leads by example through strong personal enrollment production and serves as a coaching resource for the admissions team. This role conducts call and interview quality observations, reviews performance metrics, provides systems support, and delivers ongoing coaching and training to address performance gaps and strengthen execution. The AAD identifies opportunities for improvement at the individual and team level and collaborates with campus leadership to execute improvement plans through coaching and skill development.
