Primer is seeking a Director of Admissions to lead enrollment performance across multiple campuses. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, leveraging data, coaching, and process improvements to support rapid growth.

The director will own the admissions funnel, forecast capacity, and partner with Growth, Academics, Product, and campus leadership to deliver a high-quality family experience as enrollment doubles.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading admissions or enrollment teams.
• Proven ability to scale enrollment while maintaining experience quality.
• Strong analytical skills for funnel metrics and forecasting.
• Hands-on leader with coaching and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication across teams and campuses.

• Own enrollment performance across all Primer campuses.
• Monitor lead flow, conversion rates, funnel health, and capacity.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks before escalations.
• Develop plans to support 2x enrollment growth with quality experience.
• Lead admissions reps and develop future leaders.
• Coach, review pipelines, and drive accountability.
