BASIS Independent Brooklyn Upper and Brooklyn Lower Schools seek a Director of Admissions to lead campus-level admissions and marketing in partnership with the Head of School. The role ensures strong tours, events, and thoughtful application processes to support enrollment.

You will develop annual enrollment plans, manage the Admissions team, and build partnerships with feeder schools and external organizations while aligning with accreditation and school policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing or Communications preferred.
• 4+ years relevant sales experience.
• 2-3 years admissions experience at top secondary or post-secondary institution.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead campus-level admissions, enrollment and marketing activities with Head of School.
• Develop annual strategic enrollment plans in collaboration with leadership.
• Oversee tours, events, and interviews to enhance family experience.
• Manage CRM input, data, and follow-through for enrollment.
• Cultivate partnerships with feeder schools, ISAAGNY and independent education consultants.
• Collaborate with Central Marketing to align brand and outreach.
