Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and interviews with prospective students, providing complete and accurate information on programs, outcomes, services, and financial considerations.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, determine enrollment suitability, and follow up with applicants through matriculation.
• Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact and coordinate with the Student Finance team for next steps.
