Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred; Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Experience in Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students, providing accurate information.
• Maintain high outbound call volume and follow up through matriculation.
• Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact.
• Collaborate with Student Finance to communicate next steps and outcomes.
