Job summary

CT State Community College is seeking an Enrollment Management Specialist to ensure a high-quality, one-stop enrollment experience for credit students at the New Haven campus.

Under the guidance of the Campus Supervisor of Enrollment Services, you will support enrollment, registration, and retention operations, advising students and families, and coordinating communications and events while maintaining FERPA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and up to three years of related experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of a comprehensive community college and enrollment practices.
• Ability to use enrollment management, CMS, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering a comprehensive enrollment services experience for credit students.
• Provide high-quality customer service to students, staff, and the public.
• Process admissions applications and related enrollment documents with attention to FERPA and accuracy.
• Coordinate communications and events related to enrollment activities.
• Collaborate with Academic Advising, Financial Aid, and other support services.
