Job summary

Southeastern College seeks an Admissions Coordinator to engage prospective students and guide them through enrollment at our New York campus. This role serves as the initial point of contact, building rapport to help applicants transition smoothly into their programs and begin their college journey.

The coordinator will handle inquiries, schedule interviews, conduct screenings, and collaborate with Bursar and Financial Aid to facilitate enrollment and fee payments, ensuring applicants complete

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in admissions or student recruitment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review inquiries/leads provided by the Director of Admissions.
• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates.
• Conduct basic phone screenings and set in-person interviews.
• Coordinate admissions interviews and enrollments.
• Work with Bursar and Financial Aid to finalize fees and aid as needed.
