Job summary

Southeast College is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions to assist the Director of Admissions in overseeing student outreach and onboarding. The role is the frontline contact for prospective students and helps ensure a successful transition into programs.

You will lead Admissions Coordinators, coordinate community outreach and high school presentations, review enrollment activities, and monitor performance to meet monthly start objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in academic environment and managing staff is helpful.
• Experience in client services or consultative advisement is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Admissions in attracting, engaging, and vetting prospective students.
• Manage community outreach programs and high school presentations.
• Ensure fair distribution of inquiries to Admissions Coordinators.
• Monitor staff activities (phone calls, appointments, interviews) and provide coaching.
• Oversee smooth transitions of students to Financial Aid, Bursar, and Academics.
