Job summary

Success Education Colleges is seeking an Admissions Representative to guide prospective students through the campus admissions journey, presenting programs and assisting with enrollment while upholding ethical standards.

Responsibilities include outreach by phone/email/text, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate inquiry records. A strong sales/service background and bilingual English/Spanish skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have previous face-to-face sales, marketing or customer service experience.
• Admissions experience in a post-secondary college or university is required, or marketing/sales experience of at least 5 years.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Present the campus and its programs to prospective students.
• Enroll qualified individuals into education programs.
• Conduct admissions activities with integrity and business ethics while adhering to regulations.
• Contacts prospective students by telephone, email or text to schedule interviews.
• Provide superior customer service when interacting with prospective students.
• Forecast new incoming students by program to assist capacity planning.
