Responsibilities

• Review inquiries/leads from Director of Admissions and make outbound calls.
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule in-person interviews for likely prospects.
• Administer student self-assessment and conduct CQQ interviews to assess readiness.
• Initiate student enrollment and ensure meeting with Bursar to pay fees; coordinate with Financial Aid.
• Follow up with candidates on questions, enrollment, financial aid docs, and orientation.
• Maintain pipeline of prospects and prepare weekly activity plans in Campus View.
