Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to verify enrollment status, update member records, and answer a variety of enrollment questions. You will maintain databases and coordinate data transfers with clients and internal teams.

This full-time role requires strong data entry, 35 WPM typing, and excellent communication. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a 40-hour week in a healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of excellent customer service skills.
• 1+ years of Data entry experience.
• Must be able to type at least 35WPM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including articulation, spelling, grammar, proofreading, and telephone skills.
• Experience with Word and proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verifies enrollment status, updates member records, and addresses enrollment questions.
• Maintains enrollment databases and coordinates electronic transfer of eligibility data.
• Responds, researches, and resolves eligibility issues involving member information.
• Applies regulatory policies and plan parameters to eligibility matters.
• Coordinates with clients, vendors, and IT to define business requirements for reporting.
• Tests and validates data files and ensures downstream systems interface correctly.
• Communicates standard service charges and handles non-standard charges.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance in all communications with clients and brokers.
