Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks an Enrollment Specialist to verify enrollment status, update member records, and address enrollment questions. You will maintain databases and coordinate electronic transfers to ensure accurate, timely service.

The role requires strong customer service, data entry speed, and proficiency in Word and Excel. A high school diploma or GED is required, with HIPAA familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
• 1+ years of Data entry experience.
• Must be able to type at least 35WPM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including articulation, spelling, grammar, proofreading, and telephone skills.
• Experience with Word and proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verify enrollment status and make changes to member records under supervision.
• Maintain enrollment databases and coordinate electronic transfer of eligibility data.
• Respond to enrollment questions and resolve issues involving member information with clients and field offices.
• Apply policies and regulations to eligibility matters and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate non-standard reporting with clients/vendors and assist IT with testing specifications.
