Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of data entry experience.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Word; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verify enrollment status and update member records under supervision.
• Maintain enrollment databases and coordinate electronic data transfers.
• Respond to enrollment questions; resolve issues with members and clients.
• Apply regulatory/policy considerations in eligibility matters.
• Support development of tools, data specs, and reporting for clients.
