Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of Data entry experience.
• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify enrollment status and make changes to member records under supervision.
• Maintain enrollment databases and coordinate electronic data transfers.
• Respond to eligibility questions and resolve related issues with clients and field offices.
• Define requirements and coordinate downstream data processing with IT and vendors.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all communications and data handling.
