Qualifications

• 1+ years of excellent customer service skills with internal/external customers.
• 1+ years of data entry experience.
• Must type at least 35 WPM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including articulation, spelling, grammar, proofreading, and telephone skills.
• Experience with Word and proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verifies enrollment status and makes changes to member/client records.
• Maintains enrollment databases and coordinates electronic transfer of eligibility data.
• Resolves eligibility and enrollment issues with clients, field offices and claim operations.
• Applies policies and parameters to eligibility matters and regulatory requirements.
• Develops tools and provides coding supplements, tape specifications and error listings to clients/vendors.
• Acts as liaison between clients, vendors and IT for testing non-standard arrangements.
