Responsibilities

• Verify enrollment status and update member records.
• Maintain enrollment databases and coordinate electronic transfers of eligibility data.
• Respond to enrollment questions and resolve issues with member-specific information.
• Coordinate with clients, field offices and claim operations to achieve positive service outcomes.
• Interface with IT to define requirements and test non-standard reporting for eligibility.
