Qualifications

• 1+ years of excellent customer service with internal and external customers.
• 1+ years of data entry experience.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Word and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verify enrollment status and make changes to member records; respond to enrollment questions.
• Maintain enrollment databases and coordinate electronic transfer of eligibility data.
• Resolve eligibility issues involving member information; liaise with clients, field offices, and claim operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, account structures, and benefit parameters in eligibility matters.
• Coordinate testing and release of plan information; support non-standard reporting requirements.
